Do I get a Pomme pidou gift box with my order?

Yes, every Pomme pidou money box comes with a free gift box. Most other products come in a beautiful gift box. Always a nice present!

Italy €9.95 for home delivery. Free from €100 for home delivery. €8.95 for shop collection.

How are your products packaged?

The Pomme pidou animals are packed with the greatest care. It is our responsibility to deliver our ceramic animals free from breakage. Each piece is packed with bubble wrap and ecologically degradable packing chips. The figurine comes in a gift box surrounded by a sturdy double-walled cardboard box. In addition, each shipment is 100% insured against breakage. So if your animal does arrive broken, we will send you a free replacement. That means carefree ordering!

What if my product arrives damaged?

Receiving a damaged order is never fun. Sorry about that. But don't worry, we'll be happy to sort it out for you.

Can I return my order?

Of course. We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date. You do not need to return broken goods. We will gladly replace them. In all other cases, please send us your 4-digit order number and we will help you find a solution as quickly as possible.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland and Spain.

What happens if I miss the DPD delivery?

If you miss the delivery, DPD will automatically bring your order to the nearest pickup point. You will find a note in your mailbox and can also track the location of your order via DPD's e-mail.

What are the delivery options?

Our products are delivered to your home. In Italy it is also possible to have your order delivered to a Pomme pidou shop.

Can I still change my delivery address?
